Last week a team came and cleaned an all tile rental house. They worked quickly and efficiently going from the kitchen to diningriom, to hallway, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and ended in the living room. It absolutely sparkled! The floirs were cleaner than they were at move-in 2 years ago. I highly recommend them!

I very seldom write reviews, but every once in a while someone does such a great job that you have to give credit where credit is due. JC Steemers Carpet & Tile Cleaning absolutely deserves it!

We’ve used truck-mounted steam cleaning companies for years for our rental properties and our home. But after the prices from our previous company started getting a little too close to the price of actually buying new carpet, I decided to try someone new.

I called several highly rated companies on Yelp, but after talking with Jose, I was impressed by his straightforward answers, professionalism, and sincerity. No sales pitch, no games, no “we’ll give you the real price when the technician gets there.” I took a leap of faith—and it paid off!

After three boys grew up in this house, my wife had me convinced the carpet had officially reached retirement age. Frankly, I was starting to agree with her. Then Jose showed up.

He gave me a great price upfront, everything was included, and there was zero nickel-and-diming. He called before arriving, showed up right on time, and was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in his work.

Then came the part I wasn’t expecting…

The carpet looked NEW!!

Years-old stains throughout the house were gone. Even the heavily worn, embarrassing pathway between the kitchen and front door, which every other carpet cleaner had basically declared a lost cause, was gone!

And here’s the kicker: the stains didn’t come back. They’re GONE!

Actually, the real best part? I DON’T HAVE TO BUY NEW CARPET!!! My wife is Super happy too! She's already thinking of all the ways to spend all the money we saved.

I’m genuinely impressed with Jose, his work, his pricing, and his honesty. Jose and his wife are building their business the old-fashioned way — One Satisfied Customer At A Time.

I’m writing this review because I want to support a small business that truly earned my business. JC Steemers has a customer for life.

If you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Jose and JC Steemers. Great service, great price, great people—and apparently they perform miracles on carpets too!

JC Steemers sent two techs, Ruben and Oscar, for service to my house. I was quite impressed by the thorough job both of them did. Not only were they punctual but explained in detail what they were doing. I'm very satisfied with the results and very happy to have called JC Steemers. Hope next time I need to have my carpets clean they send these two techs. Oscar and Ruben a big THANK YOU!
